We are looking for a dedicated and experienced television executive to manage our forthcoming line-up of Chinese & Western television programming. You MUST have television management experience. This is a truly fantastic and highly sought-after television management role for a high caliber, hugely motivated individual.

You will be highly presentable, 30year old plus (Chinese or non-Chinese, male or female), have a can-do mindset and will be used to working to multiple tight deadlines on a regular basis. You must provide evidence of work on multiple rolling projects. Used to working with Western management/executives and in an English and Chinese speaking environment, a great command of written English and written Chinese, will be a real asset in this role. As a great communicator, you will be knowledgeable about the ethics of business at board level meetings, and should see the importance of completing multiple tasks both efficiently and to deadline. Detail This role is a creative one, so we are looking for someone who can think for themselves, and chiefly have the technical and artistic skills (tv hardware and software) required to put together television shows from conception to realization. You will understand every aspect of television production (hardware, props, positioning, studio management, equipment logistics) content selection (what to choose, why, when, how, and with who) and post-production skills, and will have a keen eye for detail and 'the next big thing'. Working sometimes as part of a production crew and sometimes alongside senior management, you will be a communications aficionado, and a quick thinker at all levels of business. You will hold a relevant degree, or 5 years exp. in a television role. Excellent communication skills with clients, partners and colleagues is a must.
